Whole foods nourish our bodies and souls

These recipes originate from the healthy Mediterranean diet, with olive oil, natural yeast, walnuts, clarified butter and cinnamon. Sourcing organic and local ingredients whenever possible is a priority for good taste, good health, and our environment

Having taught after-school cooking programs and camps for 10 years, I'm devoted to passing on my love of cooking, eating well, and sustainable food practices.

Baking out of The Times Collaboratives' Commissary Kitchen in Longmont, CO, I follow food safety guidelines and have obtained certifications in Food Safety Training for Colorado Cottage Food Producers from CSU Extension, and COVID-19 Training for the Food Industry from eFoodHandlers.

Over the past several months, I've had time to explore my family cookbooks. This gave rise to a desire to share a few iconic flavors with you all.

                            Enjoy! Fadya

MY FAMILY & FRIENDS SAY...

This is the best Baklava I've ever tasted. It's perfectly layered so that every bite is sweet and flaky with hints of walnuts, cinnamon and cloves. It's a must try!

Having worked for Ben and Jerrys for ten years, I think it is fair to say I know my desserts. Fadya's Greek pastries are as beautiful as they are delicious! Her creations are beyond compare.

The rolls are so good, you'll want to take a nap in them.
